Dog Shows are not our favorite activities, but we do it, to prove that our dogs are not just superior working dogs, but are some of the finest examples of the breed, gaining show success everywhere we go to. In 2016, just like for several years now, the Zoldmali Wirehaired Vizslas wiped off the floor in almost every major show event: Zöldmáli Cetli 'FALKO' won Best of Breed at the Westminster Dog Show (USA), and has made history in the breed, becoming the No.1 Sporting Dog in Canada in 2016. We have a very successful year behind in work, and this is what we are most proud of, as this requires the most work and commitment from our side, and shows the exceptional superiority of our dogs. While most of the other Hungarian HWVs can only show up an AV (natural ability test) or VAV (hunting aptitude test) title in work (this is the minimum requirement for breeding), we are not even mentioning these titles, its so obvious all our dogs accomplish it (and even more) before the age of 1 year. Field Trial European Cup for Hungarian Vizslas 2014

This year, the FT European Cup was organized in Austria, and in Hungary's 5 membered National Wirehaired Vizsla Team, 4 were Zöldmális (Lepke, Zala, Huba, and Zsivaj). The competition was between the Shorthaired and the Wirehaired Vizslas. Each nation could enter a team of 5 dogs (mix of shorthairs and wirehairs), or a team of 5 wires and a team of 5 shorthairs. Only Hungary could enter a separate team of wires and shorthairs. There were 12 nations entered, altogether 48 dogs. The conditions were very challenging: the weather was very warm and dry, and most of the dogs had to work in high sugar beats. We have gained 6 new champion titles

We have gained 6 new champion titles

Zöldmáli Vihar, Bringa and Guppi became Hungarina Junior Champions (HJCH) Zöldmáli Fecske and our Panka (Hordós-kuti Panka) gained the Hungarian Champion (HCH) title, and after more than 4 months of waiting (as the kennel klub lost the papers), Zöldmáli Lepke finally gained her Hungarian Grand Champion (HGCH) title. With these, , the Zöldmáli bred or owned Wirehaired Vizslas gained till now : 146 Champion 19 Interchampion 15 World Winner 11 European Winner 3 International Workchampion 9 National Work Champion 2 Field Trial European Champion titles in 21 different countries.
